What does Vince McMahon think of Triple H's era?
Inside: WWE champion takes shots at CM Punk

TOP STORIES TODAY
In recent weeks, many fans have picked up on some interesting hints surrounding Sami Zayn. It seems he could now be in the same position as Seth Rollins when Triple H initiated "Plan B" against The Shield in 2014. This week on RAW, Sami also stood where Rollins was when he betrayed Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose, possibly hinting that the former Intercontinental Champion could also follow the same path. Rollins and Zayn are close friends outside of WWE, and many believed that the group would recruit the OG Bloodline member before he became a target for Bron Breakker.
The Visionary's new stable currently consists of Bron Breakker and Paul Heyman. Given that Heyman is working as a manager for the group, Rollins needs a fourth member for his faction, which could come in the form of Sami Zayn.
In 2023, during a Twitch stream, Zelina Vega pranked Dominik Mysterio by calling him from an unknown number pretending to be a kid ordering food; she later shared it on her YouTube channel, and the clip went viral on the Internet. In an interview on The Wrestling Classic, the host asked “Dirty” Dom about Vega's prank. Staying in character, Dominik Mysterio brutally buried the newly crowned Women's United States Champion, calling her a kid for taking her title to Disneyland and not properly carrying the championship. | Dominik Mysterio and CM Punk go way back, as The Straight Edge Star seemingly scarred “Dirty” Dom for life when Punk gatecrashed a segment and confronted the Mysterio family on SmackDown. Since then, Dominik has taken multiple shots at the former world champion and hasn't forgiven him. In an interview on The Wrestling Classic, the host asked “Dirty” Dom, a major name from Monday Night RAW, about his history and ongoing beef with CM Punk. The current Intercontinental Champion went off on The Second City Saint and mocked his story of main eventing WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas. |
FROM THE RUMOR MILL
After Vince McMahon's initial retirement in 2022, Triple H was appointed Chief Content Officer to lead the creative process in the Stamford-based company. Although the former chairman returned in 2023, he left again in 2024 amid being sued for alleged sex trafficking and sexual assault by former employee Janel Grant. The Game has since been leading the promotion into a new era under TKO's umbrella.
On the latest episode of The Coach & Bro Show, Coachman disclosed that he was informed that McMahon is unhappy with what is currently going on in WWE.

At WWE Saturday Night's Main Event, the WWE Universe will witness some massive showdowns. During the RAW after Backlash, the Stamford-based promotion announced that CM Punk & Sami Zayn will team up against Bron Breakker & Seth Rollins at the forthcoming special event.
This match was announced after Punk, Zayn, and Jey Uso united and stood tall against the Visionary's evil association. However, in a surprising twist, WWE icon Goldberg may return at SNME to destroy Breakker and Rollins. This will help the babyface stars defeat the Visionary's heel alliance. All this could be done to set up the Iconic star's retirement match against the Dog of WWE at Night of Champions 2025.
