Bálor and McDonagh proposed that Raquel Rodriguez retain her half of the title, with Roxanne Perez stepping in as Morgan’s replacement. Nick Aldis and Adam Pearce agreed to the change, setting a few conditions but ultimately approving the title handover. Later in the show, during a Judgment Day meeting, Bálor pushed for Perez to become a full-fledged member of the faction. Gable was seen backstage with his arm in a sling, officially marking his exit from on-screen action for the time being. Pearce acknowledged the injury while also taking a jab at Gable’s masked alter ego, El Grande Americano. He sarcastically asked if that meant the “luchador” wouldn’t be appearing either. Gable, staying in character, replied that El Grande Americano has a busy schedule. The injury is believed to have stemmed from a lingering issue, though it was written into storylines through a backstage attack by Penta last week. |

In a major development following WWE’s acquisition of AAA, BodySlam is reporting that Octagon Jr. has officially signed with WWE. The 34-year-old star, who had been a staple of AAA since 2018, has reportedly ceased taking independent bookings, signaling his full commitment to the Stamford-based promotion.
This comes on the heels of growing collaboration between the two companies, highlighted by the joint Worlds Collide 2025 event that featured top talent from both NXT and AAA. While the full acquisition is expected to finalize in Q3 of this year, WWE is already actively integrating AAA stars into its ecosystem, with Octagon Jr. now set to bring his high-flying style to a global stage.
