And now the star has defeated yet another luchador, and this time it has resulted in a title. Just before RAW started, a new champion was crowned on the tapings of Speed. The star faced Dragon Lee and was able to defeat him to become the new Speed Champion.
 Ric Flair has now spoken out after news broke that he had cancer. The news has been circulating since earlier today. Well-known wrestling podcaster Conrad Thompson, who is Ric Flair’s son-in-law, revealed that the legend had recently had his skin cancer removed. This came after a fan pointed out that a picture of Flair showed him with some gashes on his head. The fan was worried about him, and Thompson explained the situation. |  Finn Balor’s role on RAW this week was to be at the ringside as JD McDonagh of The Judgment Day faced Penta. The Luchador, of course, picked up the victory, earning himself an Intercontinental Title shot. In the background on RAW before the main event, Finn Balor was spotted speaking with the 23-year-old Roxanne Perez. Perez, who is considered one of the greats of the NXT Women's division, lost her match against IYO SKY. However, Giulia came out to help her after the match. Balor, meanwhile, agreed to Dominik Mysterio’s request to take care of AJ Styles, and they will face off next week. Although Balor didn’t appear happy at first, but he expressed that he was just kidding and that he was happy to take care of AJ Styles. Perez, meanwhile, is set to team up with Giulia to face the duo of IYO SKY and Rhea Ripley next week. |

It has been an interesting few weeks for WWE following WrestleMania. Fans have witnessed multiple title changes in the last few weeks, and Chelsea Green was one of the champions who lost their gold. Despite sharing an update to say goodbye to the company after losing her Women’s United States Championship last month, Green has reportedly signed a new deal.
Fightful Select recently reported that Green's contract was set to expire at some point in 2025, but she had inked a new multi-year deal. It was noted that the exact length of the new deal was unknown.
