Huge announcement, Undertaker apologizes & Reigns returning?
Inside: Tiffany Stratton injury update

TOP STORIES TODAY
WWE has finally made an official announcement after much anticipation. They have provided clear information. The latest episode of EVOLVE on Tubi began with Stevie Turner, also known as the General Manager, making some announcements.
Turner introduced a match between Chase University's Uriah Connors and Kale Dixon against Swipe Right. Additionally, she disclosed that EVOLVE is preparing for its inaugural Tubi Special event called Succession, scheduled for October 15. This special event will feature both the men's and women's EVOLVE Championships being contested on the same night.
The Undertaker has apologized following a reminder. A recent fan question prompted the WWE icon to speak up. In the most recent episode of Six Feet Under, the Phenom was talking to his wife, Michelle McCool, who hosts a podcast. They were discussing a number of topics, including answering some viewer queries. One of the viewers talked about how, as a child, they had been terrified by the Deadman and had fled the room in terror when he appeared. They then inquired as to whether McCool might persuade her spouse to apologize. The Undertaker wasn't initially prepared to hear that. According to him, he had been making people afraid for years, and that had been his job. He wouldn't say sorry. "No, that's my job!" Michelle McCool then informed him that he had pulled aside the curtain and that it was no longer his job. She went so far as to remind him that he had mentioned getting tickled. That part of his career was, in reality, over. At that point, the Undertaker understood that he was finished playing the Phenom and that it was really over. At that time, he expressed regret and stated he shouldn't have frightened everyone. | WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton has spoken out following weeks of speculation about a potential injury. During her SmackDown title defense against Jade Cargill on September 12, the 26-year-old star landed awkwardly after a moonsault to the outside, sparking rumors of a leg injury. The chatter intensified after Stratton was replaced by Lyra Valkyria in a six-woman tag match at NXT Homecoming, raising concerns that the “Buff Barbie” might be sidelined. In a recent interview on Going Ringside, Stratton cleared the air, confirming that she is not injured. She explained that while the moonsault landing was rough, WWE’s medical team held her out of competition as a precautionary measure rather than due to any real damage. The champion reassured fans that she remains in top shape and is focused on continuing her reign without interruption. |
FROM THE RUMOR MILL
Due to his outside obligations, WWE Superstar Roman Reigns has been on and off television this year. His SmackDown status has been made public amid reports that he may be returning. Since being carted out of Clash in Paris last month following a vicious attack by Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, the Original Tribal Chief has not been seen.
In order for Reigns to travel to Australia to shoot his role as Akuma in the forthcoming Street Fighter film, the post-match attack was done to write him off TV. Unlike Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, who will play Guile, made a comeback in time for Wrestlepalooza. PWInsider has found out that the original Bloodline leader will finish filming tomorrow and might return right away if the creative team so desires. But fans who are wondering if he will be back on SmackDown this Friday shouldn't get too excited. Reigns is not expected to make an appearance on the blue brand this week, according to Fightful Select.

While Cody Rhodes has already reclaimed the Undisputed WWE Championship from John Cena, The Rock has not yet made a comeback to the WWE. Over six months have passed since the Final Boss's final WWE appearance. The Rock did not appear at Elimination Chamber 2025 following Cena's villainous flip. The WWE legend, though, could be keeping a close eye on the promotion. According to the plot, Rock could be conspiring against Cody in secret and opposing The American Nightmare by employing a superstar from his clan. Roman Reigns isn't the one. It is none other than Jey Uso, the former World Heavyweight Champion. For a while now, the Yeet Master has been displaying signals of villainy.
After losing to Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker in the tag team bout at Wrestlepalooza, he is obviously upset. Additionally, he has no desire to continue to work with his brother Jimmy Uso. Jey declined to help Jimmy help LA Knight face The Brons on RAW this week. In addition, Cody Rhodes appeared uneasy when he subsequently approached Jey backstage. Unexpectedly, Jey was also gazing at Cody's title, which was stored next to him. Many fans were also influenced by this segment to think that The Yeet Master would decide to challenge for the Undisputed Championship instead of Cody in the future.

With only five performances remaining, John Cena's WWE retirement tour is coming to a close. The Last Real Champion will take on his longtime nemesis, AJ Styles, at the Crown Jewel: Perth Premium Live Event next month, the Stamford-based organization has announced.
The Cenation Leader most recently faced Brock Lesnar in a singles bout at the 2025 Wrestlepalooza Premium Live Event. Additionally, it was Lesnar's first fight since SummerSlam 2023. Brock won a significant victory over John by dominating him in the ring. Cena has five more nights remaining as an in-ring fighter before he puts up his wrestling boots, as AJ Styles is his opponent for Crown Jewel.
