Blake Monroe, formerly known as Mariah May in AEW, made her WWE future official on this week’s episode of NXT. The former AEW Women’s World Champion signed her contract live in the ring, solidifying her arrival to the black-and-gold brand. Before signing, she addressed the crowd with confidence, calling NXT’s women’s division the best in the world and declaring her long-standing dream to be part of WWE.

Now officially a WWE Superstar, Monroe boldly stated that the division belongs to her. With her charisma and past accolades, she promised to redefine what it means to be a star in NXT.

On Busted Open Radio, WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray didn’t hold back while critiquing the Goldberg-Gunther segment from last night’s RAW. The veteran slammed the segment for lacking any real logic or buildup, questioning why a 58-year-old Goldberg was suddenly granted a World Heavyweight Championship match.

Bully Ray pointed out the absence of an open challenge or any explanation for the decision, asking, “Did Gunther issue an open challenge? No... Who made the match? Why did they make the match?” He called the storyline “insulting,” accusing WWE of forcing a narrative on the audience without proper storytelling or justification.

After suffering a dislocated shoulder during her match against Kairi Sane on WWE RAW, Liv Morgan has broken her silence with a cheeky message to fans. The reigning Women’s Tag Team Champion was injured just hours after appearing in the show’s opening segment alongside Dominik Mysterio, where she confronted IYO SKY and demanded the Women’s World Championship.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Morgan shared a creative update by recreating the cover art of Sabrina Carpenter’s “Man’s Best Friend” album. Despite her setback, the post shows Morgan's trademark sass and suggests she's still very much part of the conversation.

FROM THE RUMOR MILL

Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez's WWE Women's Tag Team Championship reign may be nearing an unexpected end. According to Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer Radio, the duo is likely to vacate their titles following Morgan’s recent shoulder injury on RAW.

The match against Kairi Sane was halted after Morgan was hurt, and reports suggest she could be out of action for weeks. While there's been no official WWE announcement yet, the injury significantly impacts their scheduled title defenses.

Nick Aldis stepped in on this week’s WWE RAW to temporarily take over Adam Pearce’s duties, making major moves, including announcing AJ Styles vs. Dominik Mysterio for the Intercontinental Championship at Night of Champions 2025. However, the bigger buzz surrounds Aldis’ future as SmackDown General Manager.

Speculation is swirling that Aldis could soon step down, with none other than The Undertaker rumored to take his place. This comes after Konnan revealed that The Deadman was involved in backstage creative decisions at Money in the Bank 2025. Reports suggest the Hall of Famer is interested in a more prominent creative role within WWE.

ANALYSIS CORNER

On this week’s episode of RAW, Liv Morgan’s match against Kairi Sane was cut short after she suffered a dislocated shoulder early in the contest. The extent of her injury is still unclear, but a significant absence could impact ongoing storylines.

With Liv potentially sidelined, speculation has already begun about Dominik Mysterio’s next move. Fans recall how “Dirty Dom” shifted his onscreen alliance from Rhea Ripley during her injury hiatus. If history repeats itself, Dominik might find a new “love interest” to maintain his momentum on television, adding fresh drama to the storyline while Liv recovers from her injury.
