The Bloodline has dominated the WWE for years. Members of the family are still being regarded as the top stars of the company. However, things haven't exactly worked out for one man of the family, Lance Anoa’i. Lance previously wrestled under Major League Wrestling and Pro Wrestling NOAH. He was a part of The Samoan SWAT Team with Juicy Finau and won the MLW World Tag Team Championship. In 2023, he also competed in NOAH's N-1 Victory 2023.
On X, Lance confirmed his departure from the WWE. He explained in his post that he didn't have the best of luck since arriving at the company and is now on his way back to the independent circuit.
A WWE General Manager is now leaving the company. The GM has confirmed that their time with the company has come to an end. Another WWE star has been released, but this latest news has come as a big shock. The star is a multi-time WWE champ and is known for being loved by fans, while also being very firmly booked. One of NXT's biggest fan favorites, Wes Lee, has now been released by the company. It was reported by Cory Hays, who revealed that Bodyslam has confirmed that Lee has been let go.
Bodyslam has confirmed Wes Lee has been released by WWE. The star's release follows several other confirmed releases today. A General Manager was also let go, and Kit Wilson has reacted to it. Meanwhile, Jamar Hampton, Lance Anoa'i, and others were also let go.

"The latest episode of SmackDown featured two title matches and a few surprises ahead of Crown Jewel. Sami Zayn faced Shinsuke Nakamura in a US Title Open Challenge match, but it was thrown out when Tama Tonga and the MFTs attacked both men. The Wyatt Sicks successfully defended the WWE Tag Team Titles against The Street Profits. Solo Sikoa and the MFTs made their presence felt after the match.
Tiffany Stratton and Stephanie Vaquer beat Giulia and Kiana James ahead of their Women’s Crown Jewel Championship showdown. Aleister Black defeated Damian Priest in a Last Man Standing Match to close the show. Black’s real-life wife, Zelina Vega, also returned and got between both competitors.
